A Down Syndrome boy dances up a storm, leaving the judges in tears…

With his epic moves, a Down Syndrome dancer brought the house down on the show The Greatest Dancer. Andrew, 21, was born with Down Syndrome, but that hasn’t kept him from living his best life. He used to watch the British dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing as a child and would imitate the dance moves while standing in front of the television.

Andrew enjoys performing ballet, contemporary, and ballroom dances and decided to compete in the dance competition The Greatest Dancer. Dancers of all ages and genres compete for cash prizes and the chance to appear on Strictly Come Dancing on this show.

The format of the show is that the dancer performs hidden behind a wall at first, and the audience votes on their audition. If the dancer receives more than 75% of the audience vote, the mirrored-wall opens and the dancer advances to the next round.

Andrew was at the top of his game when he began dancing to Justin Timberlake’s ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling,’ and wowed the judges and audience with his amazing dance moves and precision. It was so good that judge Cheryl burst into tears because she was moved by Andrew and his passion for dancing.
