AGT is wowed by opera singer’s famous vocal impersonations

You never know who will be the most impressive performer on ‘America’s Got Talent.’ It’s fascinating to hear all of the different singers that ‘AGT’ brings into the competition. However, one audition features a woman who possesses multiple voices within the same body!

Heidi Klum welcomes Merissa Beddows, a 23-year-old singer, to the stage. She enters the stage, beaming and excited, and informs the judges that she is from New York and attends the Curtis Institute of Music.

Merissa informs the judges that she is an opera singer. She informs Heidi that there is a dice with six sides, each representing a different impression. She instructs her to roll the dice while singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” Merissa does an Arianna Grande impersonation on the first roll. The audience is completely stunned!

Then, the impersonation dice calls for ‘Grandma,’ and Merissa brings out eyeglasses and sings while reading a paper up close, changing her voice again to a soft, elderly voice, amazing the audience.

The audience is amazed when the impersonation dice rolls ‘Grandma,’ and Merissa pulls out her eyeglasses and sings while reading a paper up close, changing her voice to a soft, elderly voice.

The crowd applauds with a roar of approval. She sings as Snow White, and the crowd laughs. Then, Heidi calls out ‘Siri,’ and Merissa sings precisely like the well-known app.

There are talented singers and impersonators, but rarely can a person impersonate more than one famous singer or voice. Merissa nails it and mesmerizes the judges and the studio audience on ‘AGT.’
