Everything about Chloe’s performance is enchanting…

Chloe Chua is a violinist from Singapore. She and Christian Li took first place in the junior division of the 2018 Yehudi Menuhin International Competition for Young Violinists in Geneva, Switzerland. She also won the A category of the 24th Andrea Postacchini International Violin Competition. His mother is a music instructor. Yin Ke, her teacher, began teaching her at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and the Young Talents School when she was four years old.

She has given concerts in the United Kingdom, Italy, China, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, as well as at festivals such as the New Virtuosi Queenswood Mastercourse and the Singapore Violin Festival. Chua has also appeared with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra, Salzburg Chamber Soloists, Russian National Youth Orchestra, Kammerorchester Basel, and China Philharmonic Orchestra. Chua and Christian Li won first place in the junior division of the Menuhin Competition in 2018.

Her Menuhin Competition performance was featured in the 2018 video “Is Ling Ling a Girl?” Music YouTubers Brett Yang and Eddie Chen of TwoSet Violin Chua visited in September 2020 and gave a master class on violinist Nathan Milstein’s piece Paganiniana. She also appeared in “Ling Ling Workout” with Chen and Yang in March 2021, as well as a later parody video in May 2021. Chua performed on violins such as an 1884 Vincenzo Postiglioni loaned by Dr. Peter Chu and a 1625 Amati violin loaned by Florian Leonhard Fine Violins for a year. She is currently performing on a Peter Guarneri, Mantua 1729, loaned to her by the Rin Collection.
