Stand-up comedian Gina Brillon stole the show on America’s Got Talent with a hilarious routine about children being unintentionally insulting in their candor and how her one-year-old is almost there.
She had the judges in stitches when she mentioned how adults can be equally insulting without even realizing it. She may have “lost a few girlfriends” as a result of that joke, but it doesn’t bother her.
Brillon is a Puerto Rican-American comedian who was born and raised in New York City’s Bronx. She’s been doing standup comedy since she was 17, when she won her first competition on the day of her high school graduation.
She has appeared in two Amazon Prime comedy specials, Pacifically Speaking with Garbiel and Iglesias and Gina Brillon: The Floor is Lava, which won a Gracie Award.
She has also appeared on television shows such as Kevin Can Wait on CBS and The Conners on ABC. She also appeared in The Fluffy Movie, a film directed by Gabriel Iglesias.
Her comedy career is thriving, with shows all over the country and thousands of Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube followers.
Brillon is well-known for her unique perspective on life’s ups and downs, as well as her use of humor and sass to get through them.
