She took a pause from singing to raise her two children with her fiance, Rick, saying, “Blindness is something I’ve learned to live with and I accept it.
Since the kids are in school, Simone wants to resume her favorite activities. She hopes to serve as an example of endurance for her own children. “I truly want my kids to be proud of this performance,” says Simone. ”
