For the past seven years, Dad hasn’t seen his best friend. He has no idea he’s following him. Ben, his best friend, had to come to town for his father’s 60th birthday party. Ben had to cancel at the last minute, so he sent the video instead. Every year, we celebrate our birthdays as a special occasion.
It is critical for us that our family and friends attend such gatherings. Randy Cross invited Ben, her father’s friend, to his 60th birthday party. The celebration for Father’s 60th birthday was quite large.
It had a large number of relatives and friends. He was seated in the middle of his father’s party, watching a video message from a friend. They ended up filming Dad’s reaction to the video. Dad was overjoyed when he saw his friend Ben on the screen. It was not, however, a birthday surprise.
