With the voice of an angel, a little schoolboy warms the hearts of millions… VIDEO

Such a pleasant and distinct voice. Amanda Holden, Alisha Dixon, Simon Cowell, and David Walliams had no idea that 13-year-old Cormac Thompson could deliver such an incredible performance. In this Britain’s Got Talent preview video, a young man lights up the stage with an immaculate performance of Snow Patrol’s emotive anthem-like smash “Run.” Two years before auditioning for a show in front of television judges, Cormac released an album on a major label.

This time, four judges and the audience got to see the 13-year-old choir singer from Lancashire wow all of his listeners with a cover version of his record. “Being in BGT was an incredible experience,” Cormack remarked of his audition. It was quite frightening when I stepped on stage and saw Simon, Amanda, Alyosha, and David, but we chatted a little and I felt a little better.

“The audience was fantastic as they clapped for me; when I started singing, I knew everything would be fine.” “Many thanks to British Got Talent for allowing me to sing on such a fantastic stage,” he concluded. Cormac has Simon beaming and the other judges on the verge of crying. He has such a charming, innocent face, so pure and attractive, that this great voice complements his features well. After singing the song for his nanny Colleen on social media during the pandemic, the bright-eyed little vocalist signed with Decca Records.
